Join other postpartum mothers going through depression or anxiety in this gentle movement support group. I will lead the mothers in low-impact stretching and basic poses that help with relaxation and healing for about 20 min. Then, the group will gather to openly and freely discuss any concerns and share experiences for the rest of hour.
This class is intended for the postpartum person dealing with symptoms of postpartum depression or anxiety. Please no support person(s).
