Join other postpartum mothers in this gentle movement support group! I will lead the mothers in low-impact stretching and basic poses that help with relaxation and healing during postpartum. Then, the group will gather to openly and freely discuss any concerns and feel the support of the room.
This class is intended for the postpartum person only. Please no support person(s) or children.

Registration is required at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session to secure your spot.
