Product Details
Join other moms and Infants/toddlers in this approximately 45-minute exercise and play group! I will lead the group in low-impact gentle exercise that will be fun and healthy for everyone for as long as the kids allow. Then, we will have a "play date" group and chat while the kiddos play and socialize. Meet other moms, have actual conversations with other adults (I know that can be rare sometimes as a toddler mom!), and watch your children blossom as they interact with the other tots!
This class is intended for the mom or dad and infant/toddler (6 months-3 years) only. Please no support person(s).

Registration is required at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session to secure your spot.
Please note: You will receive a confirmation email with your registration. No refunds, but class passes may be transferred to different dates in some circumstances- please email or call me to inquire. Clients should always check with their provider before beginning a new exercise program.
