Join other pregnant women in this one hour gentle movement support group! I will lead the mothers in low-impact stretching and basic poses that help with relaxation during pregnancy. Then, the group will gather to discuss any concerns and feel supported by the group.
Yoga bolsters/blocks are available, but feel free to bring your own mat, yoga ball, pillow, etc. if you like!
This class is intended for the pregnant person only. Please no support person(s) or children.
PLEASE NOTE: you should always check with your doctor before beginning new exercise. In particular, if you are at risk of preterm labor, have any vaginal bleeding, or if you think you water has broken, speak with your doctor about exercise restrictions before registering for this class.
