Labor Doula Services

Seeking out physical, emotional, and educational support for your labor and childbirth journey? I am here to help!

With years of experience as a labor & delivery and postpartum registered nurse, childbirth educator, and nursing instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience with the whole process. I have provided care for women working through natural labor, during unplanned cesarean births, and in very unexpected pregnancy situations. I have been working through the CAPPA labor doula training to further increase my specialized knowledge, as well.

As a labor doula, I will meet with you 1-3 times before you deliver to have discussions about your preferences and provide education. I can work with you to help you create a birth preference list and make preparations for when you go into labor. I will be with you throughout your labor and delivery experience to help you through the pain and emotions that come with childbirth. I am not here to tell you or your providers what to do; I simply am here to do what I can to help make this as positive as an experience for you as I can!
