Doula Services: The Rooted Birth

As your birth doula, I provide physical, emotional, and educational support for your labor and childbirth journey.

With years of experience as a labor & delivery and postpartum registered nurse, childbirth educator, and nursing instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience with the whole process. I have provided care for women working through natural labor, during unplanned cesarean births, and in very unexpected pregnancy situations. I have been working through the DONA birth doula training to further increase my specialized knowledge, as well.

I believe that bringing life into this world is a deeply sacred and transformative human experience. My doula practice honors the profound spiritual nature of these transitions.

This package includes:

• 1 prenatal visit
• On-call support beginning at 38 weeks
• Text/call support during business hours
• Full labor and birth support
• Hands-on comfort measures
• Emotional/physical/partner support
• Assistance with advocacy
• Approximately 1-hour immediate postpartum support
• 1 postpartum follow-up visit
