Doula Services: The Nurtured Birth

Seeking out physical, emotional, and educational support for your labor and childbirth journey? I am here to help!

With years of experience as a labor & delivery and postpartum registered nurse, childbirth educator, and nursing instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience with the whole process. I have provided care for women working through natural labor, during unplanned cesarean births, and in very unexpected pregnancy situations. I have been working through the DONA birth doula training to further increase my specialized knowledge, as well.

This package includes:

• 2 prenatal visits

• 1 pregnancy gentle movement support group

• Childbirth classes 1 and 2

• On-call labor support beginning at 38 weeks

• Text/call support during business hours

• Full labor and birth support

• Hands-on comfort measures

• Emotional/physical/partner support

• Assistance with advocacy

• Approximately 1-2-hour immediate postpartum support

• 2 postpartum follow-up visits

• 1 postpartum gentle movement support group
