Birth Story Discussion And Support Group

This group is set up to allow postpartum women and moms in general (any age!) to openly discuss your birth, and traumatic experiences, any negative feelings, and disappointments to help process your birth. Many women suffer in silence and deal with emotions that can affect other areas of their lives if they do not process their birth experience. 

Birth rarely goes exactly how we expect, and talking about negative aspects of it is okay and can be so beneficial!

This group will last approximately an hour. Discussing these topics may be easier without your little one present, but if you need to bring them, please do!
